This class for moms-to-be includes modified Pilates exercises appropriately chosen for each trimester of pregnancy. These exercises strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as improve balance, breath, and alignment. Pilates during pregnancy can also reduce lower back pain and prevent diastasis recti. No prior Pilates experience needed.
