Alicia Thomasson is a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body University and has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. She has an extensive background in movement, including Pilates, dance, and prenatal and postpartum exercise. She received her prenatal and postpartum training through The Center for Women’s Fitness and her passion is helping moms and moms-to-be reconnect with their bodies to strengthen and realign. Pilates was her tool to self-love, and she hopes to instill that through her classes, as well as physical strength, flexibility and overall well-being, to all of her clients.
